Air_smoboJust create a coach-less division for players the players that just want to play pugs and you won't be short of coaches anymore, because when I coached, it was clear that they didn't want or need a coach around. They were just playing pugs and joking around.that defeats the entire point of newbie mixes.
I don't think so, or rather I think it's also beneficial. I don't know how many pug groups for people between a UGC and Open skill level there are but it's nice to play with people you already know and make connections.
