Well, I want to be able to run my native res and DX9 without any stuttering, right now, if I ran native and dx9, itd be 60-90 fps compared to 150-200 when not running dx9.

Would a 7750 be a good option for that? or a GT640?

So, heres my current specs.

CPU: i5 3330 at 3.0ghz
PSU: 850watt C-Tech I think?
RAM: 8GBs

I'd like a gpu that can at least support dx9 graphics in tf2 that wont cause me to stutter, since my current gpu, which is a AMD6570 sucks.

Anybody know a good GPU that would support my request above? ^, I'd like to stick with AMD, but if NVIDIA is the only way, than so be it.

Language pack for what? tf2?

So, I have special characters in my name, and they dont show up in TF2, they show up as boxes. How do I go about fixing this?

What's the variable in the fps config that controls the lighting in tf2? like how light shining off the arm or the gun. like how a sun shines on a table.

what's the element in configs that tweaks when you can actually see the GOLD on the australium weapons, like on highframes I see the gold, but on maxframes, I just see brown color. what's the variable that messes with that?

hmm, cause I capped it at 110 and it was like, dropping to like 90-70 at midfights. its noticable lol maybe I shouldn't cap it then?

So, I use dx9 frames, and I get about 200+ in spawn, but it drops to about 110 to about 70-80 when in midfights, should I cap my fps to 60 because I have a 60HZ? or should I just deal with the drops because its noticable.

well like, I usually get 150-200 normally in spawn, when I get to like, the mid of where fights are going on, it stays at a constant 100, then dips to about 70-80 and you can REALLY tell, so its kinda annoying.

How come everytime I run dx9, I get fps drops from like 150+ normally, to about 70-80 when at mids.

I DO run the dx9config from Chris.

Is there any way to stop the fps drops? should I defrag? how do I go about doing it?
