do you hang out in a mumble? give the speech to people in that mumble a few times. than just imagine you are in that mumble when you are in class giving the speech. Sometimes looking at the teacher can be a little less nerve wracking and the teacher will think you are giving great eye contact. If you have any good friends in the class look at them too. The more you can look at things that don't make you nervous (aka don't look at people you don't know) the better you might do.
I would also listen to ukm.

Soldiers that gunboat in DM are obviously just trying to have fun and never want to get better. Rockets are easy to hit, if you are practicing your dm why wouldn't you use shotgun so you can at least get better? Regardless of if you use gunboats in scrims/matches or not they are pointless in DM and don't make you better at all.
Also scouts that run away from every one on one fight and only fight you face on when you are being attacked by at least two other people are complete vaginas. I'd much rather play against a sticky demo than all the open scouts that pot shot you for 20 and never actually make an attempt to fight you.

rkAgain, totally fine with corrections, it's nice to know what players have swapped to what classes - I was pissed at the asshats like 13, 15 or 23's of the world, and I feel justified in that.
And GotFrag needed to die, you can't still have your pants in a tizzy over that after all these years. If anything else, it needed to die so enigma could create a place like this - which is 1000% better than GotFrag ever was.
