I highly recommend the Zowie AM (not the glossy one). Perfect sensor, good build quality, light, ambidextrous, comes with extra mouse feet. I used to use a deathadder before and dont see myself ever going back. But its all preference.

About 90% of the information you posted about is irrelevant in looking for a team. Could have just put:
Low/mid open, best with scout, friendly, takes tf2 seriously.

I'm not sure if I can think of any plugin improvements. I know some people have brought up the suggestion of both players respawning after a kill. Maybe having accuracy stats be enabled/disabled client side. Such as typing !acc or something along those lines.

But I think most improvements should be to the map. Such as more/new arenas, better spawns, etc.

Side question: I know you can type !add then a number to join a specific arena, such as !add 5 will take you to spire. Is there a way to do that for the arenas on the second page of the add prompt? Such as snakewater, ammomod, directs, etc.

Demo - everything stock is fine. maybe paintrain
Medic - kritzkrieg, ubersaw

Those are the only non-stock weapons I feel one would need.
