is infuriating to play against, which doesnt fit into tf2's core weapon philosophy ("fun to play with and fun to play against")
Same goes for heavy. Stupid amount of health and damage, you always have to kite him for 2 hours which is not fun for either of the players.

Orang3mustardoverlordgunboats are better in almost every situation at the highest level of competitive tf2 and if you choose not to run them you are probably limiting the ceiling of your teamCould you explain why this is?
Soldier's weakness is mobility and you can fix that with gunboats without any serious drawbacks, the shotgun isn't that good especially when you take only 20 damage from rocketjumps.

P1zz4Th13fSpy should be on A, it can be much more effective than a sniper if you don't abuse it and the enemy doesn't expect it, like when you're holding last and the enemy team is on 2nd it's much easier to go spy and get behind them than to be a sniper and try to get a hero shot without getting spammed. It's all situational.
