to add on to tiptoes sentiment of "remember to have fun playing" to all the teams and players playing their first season of open also remember to never be discouraged by losing. review your demos, especially of loses, and continue to improve as a team, and as a player. don't make the goal "i want to finish (insert record here) or i want to have better stats," make it "i want to finish the season, and improve whatever aspects of my gameplay, individually and team wise." your first season is a grind but you dont want to quit because you are losing or not playing well. just keep sticking with it with a level headed, productive attitude.
i wish all the new players the best of luck.
