v-sync is one of the worst things in gaming
but yeah, check to see if that fixes it, or just dont play full screen.

soldier, its not needed
sniper, its not needed
scout, its okay
demo, its not needed
medic, not needed
engineer, its okay
pyro, not needed
spy, (depends on whether or not revolver actually matters)
heavy, not needed
BASICALLY, put crosshairs on for aim intensive classes, imo
