Hits the most absurd pipes, clear calls, and doesn't flub his rollouts as often as other demos that I've seen.

Hi all, I'm RJ, also known as emkay.
I'm unsure how to start this off, but I'll get right to it:
I've been playing competitive TF2 for a little over a year, and have played in UGC Platinum Highlander in Season 10. I've also pugged and rang in mid-high Open scrims in terms of 6s.
In terms of official stats and whatnot, I don't have any ESEA experience. I do believe, however, that I can play Scout at a Mid-Open Level, possibly High-Open if given the chance.
I'm from the West Coast, and can scrim any weekday from 8-12est except for Tuesdays and Thursdays in which I can only scrim from 8-10est. Weekends are dependent on what my HL scheduling is like.
Pros
-Good gamesense (despite coming from HL, I believe I can understand the flow of the game pretty well -- and if that isn't the case, see the point below)
-Dedicated and willing to learn
-Clear and concise calls -- and I'm willing to be quiet for the maincaller, if need be.
-Open to criticism
-Friendly, open-minded personality
Cons
-Can be over-aggressive sometimes. -- might suicide for a low chance play for no reason.
-May forget to check sticky traps from time to time.

I've only changed the rotation on the medic 3d model, and the overall position of the hud element.
I hope I'm not resurrecting this thread, but how would I go about disabling the background RED/BLU box behind the 3d models? I don't really want it there, but I've tried disabling and making everything in hudplayerclass.res not visible, but with no luck.
I have been able to use your (eXe) advice to move the panel where I want it, but I just don't want that panel background there, haha.
Also, is there a way to have this panel only be visible when I'm playing certain classes? I don't really care to see my medic when I'm playing him, but I do want to see what the enemy medic is running when I'm playing Spy.
Any help is appreciated. :)

I've made posters and banners myself (for myself and others), but I've always done it in game, and edited-and-rendered through Sony Vegas, rendering as a picture.
Do you use Photoshop, or another program? How much of what you know can learned?

Are mod member "applications" still open? I'm planning to work on a lot of the formatting for the links and map pages as well.
I'd like some opinions on whether we are set on doing the formatting similar to http://comp.tf/wiki/Cp_badlands (Badlands), or http://comp.tf/wiki/Koth_pro_viaduct_rc3 (Viaduct Pro) -- I remember someone posting about it earlier in response to my original idea.
I want to follow that up and hopefully have a consensus on these, so I can get to work on others maps, if possible.
Anything else we need to work on? I've got a few days with nothing to do -- and I want to help out this wiki as much as I can. :)
