any chance you guys could link me the offending ad?
added a 'top' filter and option to limit threads to a certain creation date range (1w, 1mo, 1yr, etc)
check out what the best and worst threads of all time were:
- added auto-generated threads from official news feeds (etf2l.org and teamfortress.com for now)
- fixed a webkit bug that caused text blur/saturation when an iframe (ads, youtube embeds) was loaded
BOOMHAUERIdk why but this forum uses a very old alias of mine
...probably because you chose it?
Pharaohenigma, your original post links, http://teamfortress.tv/user/settings, which links to the user named settings. not each individual user's settings. which should be, teamfortress.tv/settings.
good catch
sevennnplease this brightness is giving me a headache
it's quite literally the same brightness as before
please understand it's impossible to appease someone's preferences without offending someone else's
AndKennethWondering why it was changed back? I'm for the old front page but just wondering if there was any metrics/heatmap reason (which seemed to be the reason it was put that way in the first place.)
I wasn't looking for validation when I asked for feedback. Most of the reception seemed lukewarm at best, and plenty of people (you included) brought up some points I hadn't fully considered.
I reverted most of the visual changes. Please let me know if I missed anything.
KevinIsPwnDid you remove the ability to switch between single and double spacing or am I just really stupid? Imo, it makes it much harder to format (for example http://teamfortress.tv/thread/21721/real-mge-2v2-tournament-2015)
Or maybe I'm just stupid.
Should be fixed.
Seems like you get off on attention -- seek it somewhere else.
DataBlazePhoenixWhat happened?The lead dev left.
hpqoeuseems like a lot of work to do for absolutely freeAbsolutely right. But if you see it this way, by helping out, you're helping eSports.
And in the end, if all goes well, the income will be distributed.
DataFair enough, I'm done.
I'll let TF.TV blindness take care of itself.

That's a little bit disingenuous don't you think?
If your entire project hinged on a single, uncompensated developer (not even yourself) and all it took was a single forum post to upset you and scrap the whole thing, it wasn't going anywhere to begin with.
Don't deflect.
