#32 esea client in Q/A Help
drakEssentially, is the premium fee a digging for money because they have you in their pockets, multiple season subscribers of "Premium"?

I did a rough and quick calculation a few seasons back, but I doubt the numbers have changed much:

https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AlK6UxMq1GKWdE5TUGJQNW9RenhGQUlUdHZBaElKRmc&usp=sharing

The entirety of league + subscription fees went directly into prize pot which was still further subsidized by ESEA.

#2 Question about "Projects" thread in Site Discussion

it's meant specifically for TF2 tools/sites

JackyLegson that topic, why did you remove community news?

it'll be merged inside the news tab on the top left

r4ptureThe longer I look at it, the loss of the front page isn't something I can get behind. It was a nice little hub of info, especially to new people, who now won't know what events are coming without looking through the forums, which most people just glancing won't bother to do.

data from heatmaps and analytics really doesn't justify giving prime page real estate to front page articles that are often weeks old that and have far fewer pageviews and less active discussion than most normal forum threads

quick dissemination of vital community information is the intent of the sidebars, but clearly they're not accomplishing that goal optimally, so i'll work on that front

added a sticky header on scroll with a shortcut to skip back to the top

does that alleviate issues with the missing skip link from before?

LenseWhen you +/-frag something, then click the same button again, now it locally looks like it removed your frag, but on refresh it comes back. Before, it didn't locally change the counter.
I would like the ability to remove +/-frags, but if that's not feasible, changing it back to not even looking like it changed locally would be great.

that's the intended functionality. i'll fix it shortly.

A-R-Can we get the previous stream sidebar back? I used to come to tf.tv to see the Dota 2 and CS:GO streams too because they were easily accessible compared to the time it took for twitch pages to load (and that too individually for each game to see which are the current top streams).TWSSLERIs that coming back at all? That is one of the reasons i come to tf.tv all the game streams i want to watch are conveniently here. I rather come here support the site no addblock and watch streams from here then to go directly to twitch.

i'll add it back shortly

botmodeI remember awhile ago (probably more than a year at this point) you were talking about extv and how you disliked extv because he used the community's money @i46 or whatever to buy a nice hotel room for him and his wife while the players had to pay for the hotel rooms themselves

extine defense force here

everything at i46 was covered; none of the players paid a cent towards necessities

#4 Very small mice in Hardware

FK, G100S, abyssus

abyssus has high native LOD that you can tape mod, but it also doesn't work well (or at all) on a lot of surfaces
