Similar situation though for real. Its not like I don't try either. I force myself through an exposure a day with a foods I'm uncomfortable with just so I can go to a restaurant without having a panic attack. Plus I already pay a lot of my already shitty income to a dietician and therapist. I want to feel normal. I don't care about a cow I want to have a nice dinner date with my girlfriend and someday raise my kids in a healthy normal household where dad doesn't freak out at the sight of a taco. Dietary restrictions will seriously impact my quality of life and I'm barely in a place to go eat a hamburger as it is.
