i'm not convinced you love your grandmother
I've had one for two years or so. I really like it overall, but after seeing/using 120 hz monitors there really is no contest. If the rest of your hardware can give you 120+ fps I'd get a 120hz monitor instead of the dell.
i'm having a problem with the mvm scoreboard:

the scores are cutoff and the background is in the wrong place. also when the scoreboard isn't up the credit info in the bottom left overlaps with the killstreak box D:
They changed the location for custom maps after steampipe:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\download\maps
also note if you are trying to run a local server through the gui you will have to put the map here:
...\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\FOLDER\maps
but the \download\ folder will work for joining servers with the map or through console
bit silly if you ask me
I assume you're talking about this, sadly it probably won't do anything for those of us in the US that still get laggy twitch all the time
Yup, twitch has expanded like crazy recently (already integrated into PS4, minecraft, path of exile, and coming to xbone soon) and their infrastructure hasn't really kept up. I doubt it's going to get much better any time soon, but who knows how these new video changes will actually affect things.
twitchOne of the design process decisions we made upfront with the new video system was to initially value quality and stability of video playback over hand wave latency (i.e., the difference in time between when the broadcaster waves and when the viewer sees it). With the initial release of the unified video system, we’ve increased the latency by multiple seconds to make sure that we’re delivering smooth video.
it does say "initially" so hopefully this is something they can dial back once they are satisfied that the rollout hasn't broken everything completely
Hildrethfocusing on character seems to get my point across better
No, it really doesn't. You made some good points in here about the potential problems with the perks, and now this has become about yours and infinites personal bullshit.
