WarNerveI ended just restarting my pc and it fixed it somehow. Still sucks that this game gets worse with each update
It may be a bug that your game have low fps/jitter. I thought it was my computer over heating but if I restart TF2 or my computer it fixes it.
People often leave their computers on for 6+ hours a day including long gaming sessions. Always try restarting your computer or 'letting it cool down'.

It changes how quickly you can move your mouse horizontally. m_pitch changes it vertically but for some reason you can't use m_pitch in tf2.
The default number is 0.022
