You can increase the size of the 3D avatar easily: Go into resource/ui/hudplayerclass.res, find "classmodelpanel" and change the tall value. Then set wide to half of your tall value and ypos to rtallvalue (tall=150, wide=75, ypos=r150 for example) so the image is aligned at the bottom of the screen.
I wouldn't recommend Valve's killstreak counter there because it interferes with the spy's disguisestatuspanel. Also it bugs with minmode 1.

Put cl_hud_playerclass_use_playermodel "0" in your config or console.
The ammo shadow does indeed look thicker, it's not intended like that though. Maybe it's a resolution thing, I will take a look at it. Until then follow Gunblade's response. To be precise, you need to go into hudammoweapons.res and reduce the tall/width values by 1 in these sections: "AmmoInClipShadow", "AmmoInReserveShadow", "AmmoNoClipShadow".

TheFragileI have 10,000 hours on this game, mostly as medic. I really think I'm what these guys need: a main voice, somebody who can track and relay uber situations and set up pushes. Even smaka and b4nny agree. I'm never 20% off and I rarely forget to do it. I put confidence in the push, too. It's always like "ehh should we win? Okay, sure, let's win" right before the push with plenty of set up time.
Next time enigma tells you scrim info, ask if they can let me play. I'm a lot better than smaka. Do you not agree? If you don't, then you're a troll. I have to prove myself to b4nny and the world that I'm better than Shade. That's one of my main goals and I can't really do that on a 4th place team. Someone said I'd be better than him in two weeks last season, but I'm realistic. I am a lot better than I was at the start of last season, I can feel it. I'm pretty sure I want it a lot more than he does as well. I've got goals to accomplish. Maybe he's always wanted to win ESEA, maybe not, but I know one thing for sure:

No idea. You have the right file. I tested it and can't change the font either.
Had to remove the "attriblabel" section from the files that contained it.
If you use this version the ping column should be visible, unless you have a low resolution, in which case I have to refer you to the readme section in the start post.

redd0tI realised you were continuing to update the hud after I made the fix for him. In case you want it I'll just put this here. No name_width change just wider one, also did for 6s. I'm not sure if its compatible with your updated files. You can just compare both text to replace them...

Just download broeselhud_blue 3.0 and put the winpanel.res file into your resource/ui folder.
Please re-download the surface_oldschool package. The link is in the readme section of the start post. I included the file that sets the old TargetID health size and position.
