Literally anything in which you can get outdoors and you don't think of as "exercise" will suffice - hiking (or speedwalking w/ loud music on a treadmill at +20 incline, jogging up/down steps, etc. bonus: really great booty), biking, any sports (frisbee, basketball, etc), swimming, try different versions of HIIT (bursts of really high intensity exercise with breaks built in), just dancing like a nerd by yourself in your room, wall climbing, trampoline parks....

Tury is a fun, pleasant person and he really wants to improve. He routinely asks mentors to spec his scrims and for feedback, and that dedication is a desirable trait in a player. Worth trying out for mid-open:) gl tury!
I think it's a great idea, and new (or even just repeated!) material is always helpful IMO. I'm a medic main that is planning on really working on my soldier/jumping/strafing, I know some basics but anything even SLIGHTLY advanced I have issues with. I really prefer doing research/reading what and how to do, so a few things I think would be very helpful:
- !SKEYS and an explanation of what is necessary and what is preference. Apparently I naturally attempt to do certain jumps the "hard" way (i.e. strafing a certain way) - I'd love for it to be broken down a bit more
- Voiceover/casual explanation with written, to-the-point bullets of the most important concepts
- Series of videos explaining certain types of jumps, and then showing them on numerous terrains. Jump maps, but also seeing them on actual maps would be very helpful IMO
- Common mistakes and what not to do
I think for the most part, when I watch jump videos that don't have !skeys on, I can't quite tell which strafe buttons I should be hitting and I start overthinking it. I'd really just love to see different variations with keys and how to really get the timing down.
Good luck :)
has the prettiest medigun, will tempt other medics to pick up his gun and potentially forfeit the match. +rep

2nd place in HL, OFFICIALLY RETIRED HL MEDIC
I lied about HL being over, grand finals are on Monday so I'll be available EVERY SINGLE NIGHT starting Tuesday.
Thank you for the kind words :)
I've streamed twice since the update at really awkward times (6am-9am est) and I was getting 60+ viewers and gained something like 75 followers in those two mornings. Normally at that time period I'd get ~10/15. It has definitely increased overall viewership for streams!
Rollercoaster Tycoon/Sims/Crash Bandicoot (as a kid)
Well of Souls(many thousands of hours)/Gunbound(also MANY hours)
Didn't play any games until I finished college, got Steam in 2014.

& this is why I have to lock her out of my room during matches:
Pro is dedicated and has fantastic DM - surround this guy with people who care:)
HL is over this week, and then I'll be retired. Open for tryouts whenever :)
