I have been harsh in the past but I've been working on taking more criticism with my mentor and talking about what i can do to improve my game with players better than me, and I do make dumb plays in pugs and meme sometimes but I've been doing that less and less. I took a break and re-analyzed what I fucked up with about 2 months ago when I quit my team and I think I've learned a lot, and I hope others can attest to that.

Idea for servers
In faceit's cs pug system they have team captains ban servers, is there a way to add this for at least some pugs instead of being rnged into a good server or being lucky and not getting atlanta?

unban flying guillotine, wrap assassin, they are not as good as their reliable counterparts and would hardly see any play after a week.
in what world where u can get a 50-80 damage(not counting bleed) every 5 seconds is worse than the pistol. Pistol is more often used to just spam at chokes from afar or if you're right at their face and can hit most shots. You just throw them at chokes and deny people from pushing, not to mention a potential instakill if someone is under 100 hp and the fact that it denies airstrafing and has aimpunching.
i haven't played with viper much in regards to a few pugscrims or ringing on the team he was on, but he tilts very quickly, comms too much unnecessary info, has mediocre jumps, doesn't have a good brain or timing on jumps. He has decent mid-open dm and is willing to listen to players better than him on holding/positioning and going in on bombs when told to. Be wary of his pickup
