This happened about a year ago, and rather than handcuffing the person that's suspect, the cop shot and killed the man, then called it an accident. He very clearly skipped through due process and killed a man for no firm basis on arrest.

A cop does deserve shit for killing someone who is later found innocent because that's manslaughter and doesn't separate it from any other practical killer. I don't know how you would want to live in a world with no fucking basis for basic human rights sheepy.
