he was blatantly cheating with what he claims to be his own external, he also admitted to making his own cheat to strazyyy
I played him on an MGE server once, 100% shotgun accuracy did some other sketchy shit. Furthermore, he was part of that pug group scheme with the 12yr old that pretended to be a girl.

What is your budget?
Based off of the specs, a tricked out asus ROG would perform decently. But you'd have to pay excess of 1700 bucks- and you could get a monster desktop for 70% of the cost.
