One thing I didn't take into account is that events get scheduled last minute, but neglecting these events would be no worse than no steam notifications at all.
Another, potentially more problematic, is events changing schedule. People could understandably get annoyed at getting notifications for events that are no longer happening.
But aside from that, should be pretty straight forward.
Just do it manually, there's like what, 10 events a week? Shouldn't take more than a minute per event, so somebody can just set aside 15 minutes every Sunday. If nobody currently on staff has that time, I'm sure there are plenty of people who would be willing to help given it's a small commitment.
It could increase viewership for sure, I know sometimes I dont know or forget that european games are happening and don't remember until they are over, or end up tuning in late to ESEA match streams because time got away from me.

I don't think Phrakture actually cheats in esea matches he obviously had his fun in a few lobbies. Just man up, accept whatever discipline and move on from it because it apparently isn't going to just go away.
But why mess around and cheat when you're in invite? You know the risks, you know you might get caught. You're playing with fire. The logic to do this is just astounding, but I guess shitlords will do anything to inflate their egos.

MarxistReally as far as buffs go, it's not that much of a buff, now I can fire it without having to wait forever to reload, or having to go "now is a good time to reload" and so on. It eliminated an annoying part of using the weapon.
Needles still give you a much better shot of killing stuff, and crossbows provide 1337 arrow heals 1-2 times a night and the occasional 40 damage air shot.
being able to use it midfight for burst damage/heals without having to worry about it being loaded for when you need to bail and ward off somebody chasing you is pretty decent imo
played for a month with this dude before S13, played with him S14, and met him at GXL.

even though we already served our suspension its nice to know that its permanently off my school transcript and that I am deemed innocent of any wrongdoing.
