I have viewmodels on and viewmodel_fov 54 on everything except the sniper rifle where I have no viewmodels. I find it easier to aim with them (having tried playing without them) and prefer to havea viewmodel_fov that doesn't make my arms look 20m long.
EDIT: Oh yeah, I use viewmodel_fov 0 on the flamethrower because I can't see shit with the flames all up in ma grill.
Eminem is meh, his music is too shallow and not very enjoyable in general IMO.
Try Jurassic 5, Gang Starr, Jedi Mind Tricks or Large Professor if you want to hear some proper hip hop with head-bobbing beats and witty/smooth lyrics.
EDIT: I should probably explain myself better. Eminem's general jist in many of his tracks seems to be either "look at me I'm white, blonde I rap and I don't give a fuck about anything. I'm so randum and qvurki lel" or "my life is shit I hate my life fuck everything" so once you've heard 2/3 of his songs, you've basically heard them all. His lyrics in general are rather simple and the beats are very pop-sounding. His tracks are what I refer to as "chewing gum rap" because it's like a piece of chewing gum. You just chew it for a little while and spit it out because it loses its flavour/you get bored.
I used to be a fan of Eminem myself and I'll be the first to concede that he's made some good music in the past, but he's way past his prime and should start his long overdue retirement instead of grasping at straws for another 30 seconds in the limelight.

The only anime style thing I've every liked is Katawa Shoujo. Someone recommended Clannad to me and I started watching. 9 episodes in and it's still pretty shit IMO. Can anyone recommend me anything?
UGC also has shite admins, so that's another thing to consider.
Personally I would focus on the good leagues like Wireplay and ETF2L and use UGC for the medals/messing around and testing new strats.

I want to give it a shot, but to do it I'd have to run the cable under the desk, which would make switching between playing like that and regular typing rather tedious. If I just pull the keyboard towards me, it just dangles off the edge because the cable isn't long enough.
My mechanical hhas a micro USB port on it, so repluggings isn't a big problem at all.

cl_interp 0.02 - 0.035 is more for hitscan
