demo crashing

Scruff_Any possible way you are mixing up demo locations? When I did some fiddling with my tf folder, I made demos go to their own separate folder instead of just staying in the tf folder, and then those demos just in the tf folder would not work until they got moved into their own demos folder.
i dont think so. i havent moved my demos out of my tf folder ever, really. i know at least one or two of these demos that keep crashing on me worked less than a week ago. i dont know why anything would be different now
