The age argument definitely has some merit, everyone makes stupid mistakes when they're young. I can definitely see it being a case by case thing.

Agree with the sentiment that cheaters should be permanently banned. There is no monetary incentive to cheat in tf2; it's a community/league sustained by passion and interest in the game, so if you cheat, you obviously don't give a fuck about anyone other than yourself, and as such I don't think there should be any reason not to just permanently excise you.
I had a similar issue, and I eventually fixed it by rolling back the version on my nvidia graphics drivers, if you want to give that a shot.
Name change from Feroz to gamble to match my new tag (haven't used the name Feroz since 2015 lol).
Thanks!
I just installed the vpk and it works like a charm, however my original now sounds like the stock rocket launcher. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so do you know how to fix it? I'm also using mastercomfig medium preset if that potentially affects anything.
digitalpantheru can book one from serveme.tf and put an ultiduo map and config on it
Thank you!
So my friends and I really love to play ultiduo, but the problem is we can't find a good server to play it on. Anyone know a good dedicated Ultiduo server to play on?
Thanks in advance.
