I volunteered as a crew member for DreamHack Anaheim in 2020 (general crew member not any game specific) and it was great. I will say volunteering for the event will get you a BYOC pass and spot for free since you have access to all areas as a volunteer if you are still on the fence about paying that fee. They feed you and it's an overall great experience. If you are competing in a game or a tournament they are really flexible with how they schedule you for shifts (at least the position I was in). Just throwing this out here in case anyone is tight on money. That being said, cu@ and look forward to meet some of you.

edited collyhud
download
-small health, ammo, uber numbers (thanks to laz for editing them)
-improved match hud with round score at top
-target id with big ubercharge number
-other quality of life changes
Is there a way to animate the floating TargetID health numbers for buffs and low health? The buff and low health colors are there when I turn off floating TargetID but I would like them for both. I thought it was just my hud but I saw other huds also did not have buff or low health indicators for the floating health numbers. Let me know if it is even possible at all.

I've tinkered around with my hud animations and still haven't gotten it to work. Here's what they look like:

Is it possible to have menu buttons only appear in the main menu and not in game?
I want to load up training maps straight from my hud main menu buttons instead of typing them in console:

But don't want it to overlap with my other menu buttons ingame:

I'm guessing it has something to do with the "OnlyInGame" function in GameMenu
actually looks like team is not dead lmao
i love you kawhi but HAHAHAHAHASHASHAHHAHAHAHAH
Does anyone know how huds scale with resolution? My native monitor resolution is 1920 x 1080 and I really like how m0rehud looks when using 2560 x 1440 (with fonts looking a lot smaller than in native res). Is there an exact way to measure/convert font sizes from 2560 to 1920? I don't know if using a res higher than mine will decrease overall fps + I'd rather stay at native and avoid this and tabbing out issues.

I just played a couple of games and it's unlike anything else I've played before. Super easy to set up, super fluid, and the built in match matching makes it really easy to just hop in and play.

Don't worry! Universal Controller Fix has been baked into the new Slippi launcher so you don't even need to worry about getting a super good controller, I play on a smash ultimate one I got brand new on release and with UCF I can hit all my shield drops and execute techskill.
do you think the Switch Pro Controller would function with UCF + this online netcode (I have a Pro controller already)? Can you play Melee through your PC via an emulator in the year 2020? I'm sure there's a whole lot of compatability shit the community has come up with but I don't pay super close attention to the scene
I'm assuming that the Switch Pro Controller has a USB connection and if that is the case I'm sure that it'll be compatible to plug and play with the Dolphin emulator given that you properly setup the controls. UCF is built into Melee and the emulator itself so again I'm pretty sure you won't have a problem using it.
People have been playing Melee netplay on emulator for awhile now but it always required use of external sites and other steps of setup. This new build is a huge step up making it much easier and accessible to play allowing for a better experience with less setup time.
I replaced the collyhud scoreboard with the sunsethud one, also gave it an MvM scoreboard and gave the HUD general MvM support.

Which files are used to edit these MvM aspects?
