Do you run TF2 in fullscreen or windowed mode? It shouldn't matter either way, but may help narrow in on what's going on. Should note that it won't always appear in the OBS preview unless TF2 is in focus.

the voice kinda reminds me of Fox Peace except annoying, and also unlike Fox this guy seems like he's just kind of a dick. he called some smaller streamer's stream "maybe the worst he's ever seen". that's not how you get ahead in a community my man. smaller streamers don't always have a very thick skin. (good clip of me though)
