arnoIdOne of the best points for me is taking a few minutes in between maps/rounds/halftime to remove yourself from the computer. Esp if your region has a 2-map match it's really worth to take a minute or two to refill water, walk around your house, maybe get a couple of breaths of fresh air: it helps reset your mind and refocus. It is a MASSIVE help for me when tilting/anxious after a poor map.

edit: okay in all seriousness this exact thing has happened to me and it was mouse related. i have a logitech g300s and for some reason it was getting scrambled a bit and right clicking closed browser. does left clicking still work? it didn't for me.
i would assume this isn't your problem because other people are reporting this starting recently, but you never know. try messing around with mouse options/reinstall.
