I change my alias a lot, so I might not be recognizable. I went to GXL tagged as Automaton.
GXL really helped me figure out my skill level and got me pumped to play some video games.

My schedule is pretty consistent now but between work/girlfriend/gigging, I may not be able to make every scrim if the team scrims most nights of the week.

I'm cool with subbing, too.

This was my first LAN, and I had a great time. Even though I'm essentially a nobody, everybody I met was incredibly inviting and interesting to talk to. Thanks to everyone who took the time to talk to me. I wish I had spoken to more people, but c'est la vie. Meeting friends I've had for 3+ years in person for the first time was an indescribable experience.

I'm not sure if it was just my server, but I was able to build a sentry gun, change class, and the gun was still up.

EDIT: Might be just my server glitching out? Can't replicate it on a valve pub.

Sorry if I missed it, but can you not propel yourself pocket-style anymore? If you crouch and shoot the ground, you move nowhere.

Heyo, I've been messing around in UGC for a while now, and I figure there's no better time than now to take the big boy step up. Being on the main roster would be preferable. I work a lot, but my schedule is pretty flexible so as long as scrims are consistent there shouldn't be a problem.

I'm just curious, but what's the reasoning behind the Axtinguisher not being banned? I assume it's because pyro's not run a lot and if you let a pyro get that close it's because you screwed up, but it still seems dumb to allow a weapon that can deal 200 damage at will.
