The idea would probably start out as something like a forum, where people could post what they wanted, in exchange for something else.
Example: I have made Esea invite lan, and i'm offering mentoring for x$/ hour over the course of y month. I will go over
This, this, and this over the course of the month.
OR: I would like someone to edit a frag video for me for tf2 items.

I have an idea for a project, that i have talked to several people about in real life and online.

The short version is that i want to organize a community that can exchange video game related material.
Either for real world money or another material.
For example the classic mentoring for money.
Starting games would include Team Fortress 2, and Reflex
I would like to recieve help starting and managing this project, I am offering money
I intend to start small, and expect no profit on my end.
Any ideas or help would be appreciated.
