imagine if the Dolphins pass on Tua for Herbert.

Wait, you said that you don't consider private steam / discord messages when considering whether or not to ban someone, but you still felt it was necessary to include their DMs in your post justifying the ban. Then, to make it sound as bad as possible, you say that "they do not know each other at all" which is stupid considering that 1.) They have each other added; how could they not know each other? and 2.) as if you would send messages like this or that to a complete stranger. Your inclusion of that makes no sense, along with the assessment that calling their relationship "scary" is solely because they are gay and not because it's an online furry relationship with names "boywife" and "boyhusband." Why even include this other than to save face from public scrutiny?
Then, you claim that you've received 6 reports even though you only show 2, and post a bunch of chatlogs acting as if it is extremely damning. Nearly all of it is just trash talk, which your rules explicitly say isn't harassment. One of your points is literally saying "based eSports" is transphobic, which is such a leap in logic and laughable to consider banworthy. The only thing that you can consider "Sexual harassment, homophobic and transphobic comments" is calling them gay, which I think is a stretch personally and don't think it worthy of an 8 month ban. I could see a lighter ban based on his history, but how do I talk it about it exactly? I'd like to talk about it more, but one of your admins told me they can't talk to me about it and to stop harassing them and you are just ignoring scratchh, so I guess just hmu @sigafoo.
zam is an absolute creature, rick rigatoni will be invite next season.
extremely sexy player, awesome sniper, and super annoying to play against because he's too good. one of the most dedicated players i've ever seen considering he's playing 200 ping super late at night. please get him on a good team, he deserves to win advanced / play invite.
edward is nuts on scout, and pauldogg is a super underrated, beast player. this team definitely deserves a good scout, and i think they will do really well next season.
not nearly as bad or stupid as people make him out to be (at least from my experience). enjoyable to play with and can play at a mid-high adv level easily.
boxcarit's in place to encourage teams to try harder and get as many points as they can, but we realize the problems with the system, it will not be around anymore by the time next season is here
The point system isn't the problem, the problem (as others have mentioned) is that it shouldn't take precedent over winning. Please keep points as a way to determine tie-breakers. People in NA have had to deal with ESEA's shitty method of determining tie-breakers for years, which was literally just 'rounds for,' and could actually fuck teams over hard. Not keeping it around for next season would be a mistake.
first off; really nice set! those cymbals are super nice and with some good heads + tuning, your set is going to sound amazing.
these are super popular and pretty common among people who uploaded drum covers of themselves on youtube / beginner recordings. i've never used them so i can't speak to their quality, but i'd check them out. i'm using these which i absolutely love, but they are kind of pricey, and if you are going for a more low-fi / garage sound, they probably aren't necessary.
i'll throw in my 2 cents from someone who played with scratch for ~three months and a ton of pugs.
i heard a lot of bad things about scratch before then, especially considering the circle he comes from (yoona, ehko, etc.) however, my time playing with him, he was never racist, transphobic, or harassing. this is across both scrims and pugs. he was putting in a ton of hours into the game and expecting to play this season, so I have a hard time seeing him jeopardizing that without any concrete evidence. i know he has said and made regrettable decisions in the past, but I don't think it should factor in considering the age of them.
i'm willing to change my mind if there is conclusive evidence, but without any, i have a hard time seeing a justification for banning him.
