you should try going to resource monitor and putting overwatch in high priority, also this might sound pretty stupid but try setting everything to max and see if you get more fps

aint no 29 or 28 (also this dude reminds me of the half life hev suit)
if you have Netflix there's a few pretty good stand-up comedy specials on there and if you don't have Netflix you can probably find them somewhere else on the internet.
this is how to become a god at any esport (ignore the "night blogging" thing)

what does b4nny mean by "mountains of evidence"? its probably a simple answer but I'm retarded half of the time.
I decided to build a PC for TF2 and CSGO since I realized 40 fps on badlands mid in a 6s game and max 30 fps on dust 2 in a 5v5 game is too low.
This PC is perfect for source games and its able to run some newer games on high settings at a stable 60 fps
CPU: Intel Pentium G4400 3.3GHz Dual-Core ($60 on amazon)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO ($35 on Newegg)
MoBo: ASRock H110M-HDS LGA 1151 Intel H110 (If you are going to build this PC yourself and wish to go with an i5 or i7 get a different mobo, $47 on Newegg)
Ram/Memory: CORSAIR ValueSelect 8GB 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 2133 ($55 on Newegg)
Storage: SAMSUNG 850 EVO 2.5" 250GB SATA III 3-D Vertical Internal SSD ($100 on Newegg)
GPU: RX 460 2gb (I've seen this card go for $90 to $150 so if you are going to build this PC look around on amazon and Newegg)
Case: Cooler Master MasterBox 5 ($62 on Newegg)
Power Supply: EVGA 500 B1 100-B1-0500-KR 80+ BRONZE 500W ($40 on Newegg)
TOTAL: $504 (buying at highest prices, you can probably find some of these parts for cheaper somewhere on amazon/ebay and you can save $50 by going for a HDD instead of an SSD)
PC Part Picker List.
