I actually like Foundry, but I do agree there's better maps.
1st number: Red
2nd number: Green
3rd number: Blue
4th number: Transparency
That example would be a 100% opaque white.
I'd use this to choose your color and then put those numbers in the first three spots: http://www.colorpicker.com/
ahaha what am I even reading
They seemed to have fixed the majority of them, ones from summer back seem to work.
Foxpeople can post on tf.tv and not play comp anything
post count doesn't equate to skill level
Yeah, just look at my post count.
Some demos still seem to not be working for me.
joseCuervohookyOK, I tried it and it wouldn't load. I'll have to try to get it working tomorrow night if possible.
Also, it appears that demos from at least prior to the Hatless Update still work. Haven't tried one directly after, but I tried one from October 2011 and it wouldn't load at all.
The plugin might not be signed, requiring it to be loaded with the TF2 launch option -insecure
Already did that, I believe the plugin got broken. Makes sense because the update that broke demos also broke PREC.

Thank you Fog! Gonna try this out now.
So I found this:
http://etf2l.org/forum/movie/topic-16520/page-1/
It was for the Hatless Update, but I was going to try it anyway. Problem is, it's not available anymore. Although if this worked while demos before then were broken, then I would assume that either this would work or something similar can be made if it doesn't. Chances are that all copies are gone by now, as Valve (supposedly, I don't remember back that far) did end up fixing the demos with the Replay Update (and for that reason I'm still concerned) and it was useless at that point. I would make one myself but I have no C++ experience (just beginning Java) so if I do manage to get it to work it would be horrible.
Ah, I guess I got confused there.
Edit: nvm I'm stupid, nothing of value was here
I thought all demos broke. I guess I should go check this myself.
wareyahooky: Replays aren't the same as demos.
Replays, before being encoded into movie files, exist in the Source Engine demo format (with the file extension .dem) under the directory /team fortress 2/tf/replay/client/replays. The main limitation of replays in this format is that they are likely to become unreadable in the event of a game update. As such, before exiting the game the player is warned by a dialog message to save existing replays as movie files instead. However, once saved as a movie file, the clip cannot be edited unless using external software.
Deep down I hope there's some undocumented fixes for STVs, demos and invisible players.
Of course, that's not happening. Especially the demos, Valve's got their asses covered on that one: http://wiki.teamfortress.com/wiki/Replay#Replay_menu
