Stream performance research redux

So I've been afraid of turning on Aero because of the v-sync...
Today I decided to turn it on to see if it helped my ping problems.
IT WORKED SOMEHOW. Now I can stream at 600p 50fps: http://www.twitch.tv/hookyboysb/b/336181086
I'm getting a lot of local lag though, and that's probably the vsync.
