i've found that any platform that gives moderators the ability to decide which content stays up based on their own merits and beliefs will eventually lead to a platform of favoritism and inconsistent penalties as mods are rarely, if ever, challenged by other mods/management.
really the only things that should be bannable on most online boards are 1)identifiable information 2)porn 3)gore – arguments and discussion handle the rest

you can't not judge others, it's part of of being human. what you can do is make an effort to see someone's value despite your biases. there are lots of people out that that can add value to your life that you might initially feel inclined to avoid. your biases might be right sometimes or even most of the time but for the times they're wrong you might miss out on a great connection.
