student mentality; seeks to understand and improve
can receive feedback and take the time to think about it even if it might be wrong and make adjustments as needed
can give feedback in a way that doesn't make people feel bad
gives kudos to teammates when they notice improvement
makes sure they can make scrims and is warmed up and ready to go, notifies team if they can't make it as soon asap
no coping; brain players who think mechanics aren't important and vice versa
