eulogy mentioned wanting to start these again. i'll show this post to him but if somebody wants to coordinate this, people could use tf2mix server(s) and the mumble as well.
i stumbled across a great VOD that i must have missed when it was streamed, but seagull reviewed his POV demo on process vs. iT in season 15's LAN finals.
it's a little over an hour, but informative and educational. notice how he speaks a lot about: crit heals, overheals, ammo management, vantage spam points, holding an area without committing, etc.
probably the link to newbie mixes steam group too if those are still happening. agreed though
you could simply lose weight by calculating your maintenance calories and eating below that number. losing weight is essentially a numbers game and is based on calories in (consumed) versus calories out (expended). if you go to the aforementioned link, i've used the mifflin-st jeor formula for both my bulking and cutting cycles with good results. piggy backing on what mr harvard said, there are no real "junk" or "bad" foods; it's more so foods that do or do not fit your caloric needs and weight loss/gain goals (or overall health, if you get into the micronutrient aspect of nutrition).
also, alosec has it right. doesn't sound like you want to weight train, so find a means of cardio/bodyweight exercises that you enjoy doing, eat at a slight caloric deficit (after calculating maintenance), and steadily lose weight.
if you need help with any of this, feel free to add me.
anyone have link to brackets? please don't make me have to navigate through the labyrinth of cevo's website
blackdiamondbr0So, after a long hiatus, I decided, "I'll go pug tonight."
Well, apparently a few things have changed since ol ingin last logged in. Where the hell are the IRC channels these days?! Someone help me out.
Thanks folks.
http://www.atf2.org connects you to GeeksIRC (main server for all tf2 related channels)
upon connecting through the atf2 client, you will be automatically connected to #tf2.pug.na, #tf2mix, #tf2.pug.nahl, #tf2.mix.nahl, and #tf2scrim
to register your username on geeksIRC: /ns register password email
then you can simply auth upon connecting through atf2.org or do it manually with /ns id username password
pretty cool. is it just me (my headphones) or is there a low, consistent static in the background?
update on map list/schedule?
very chill person and obviously an incredible roamer; was a real pleasure playing with him.
"sorry no" is the best logic/explanation we get? can we overthrow these deplorable admins and recruit someone -- anyone -- who has the decency to be upfront and transparent with us? killing doesn't even play tf2 anymore and i don't think i've ever heard tri speak a whole sentence. not sure that combination makes for great advocating or communicating.
someone summon bloodsire or somebody who will actually advocate on the tf2 community's behalf, because this kind of shit can't be real life
