Yup, I haven't watched the video yet but stream of conscious is more of a type of method to get your thoughts out faster it's like cursive vs print. The idea behind stream of conscious is to communicate your ideas without worrying about the unimportant things like grammar punctuation and spelling, and to just communicate pure ideas
