CaeliunfCaelitwo of the best maps? might be in NA. In EU I can't think of a single person that likes product and isn't a sniper main. Nobody wants to scrim on it.

People dislike granary because you have to play it differently and it doesn't have a ''spire'' (just like sunshine, process...) and it's certainly not as stalematey as people usually say. In fact, no map has felt slow to me (except for reckoner last)

I got it, let's create a map where every point is a spire and additionally, scout-friendly with million props to jump on. Let's make soldier more useless than already is and let's play every map the same so I don't have to learn new ways on how to push a choke.

calcifersometimes a way to hit stuff instead of tracking is to purposely aim away from the target and then flick on to them because tracking is too hard :-(
it's a bit nutty but just a suggestion

That works but occasionally if you're already on the target you might flick away since you've developed a habit of flicking

corsaVulcantbh i pick up bad habits trying to imitate others people's style, the best way to aim is to experiment for yourself, don't try copying someone else's style.
not true for everyone. when i watched scouts who aimed relatively smoothly, like clock or quad, for example, and tried to apply it to my play, it definitely helped me. i wouldn't put it as "copying" though, as it's more learning to aim in different ways and then seeing what you like or what works.

Well that's just general tracking, I was talking about people with weird aim styles, and then a new player trying to copy that aim style without realizing that it took years for that player to aim the way he does. It's like seeing a person flick rocket jumping and trying to copy it without realizing that they didn't start out flicking.

ComangliaVulcanHas anyone played yet and if yes do they think the hitbox fix has improved their play?
Anecdotes from playing as sniper for about 70minutes in a pub.

Heavy headshots are WAY more consistent.
Medic, Spy, Sniper, and Engi feel almost exactly the same.
Demos and Soldiers probably placebo but I swear airborne targets are more consistent (otherwise mostly the same)
Scout didn't get to shoot enough scouts to notice any difference.
Pyro, I feel like they're harder to headshot from behind now... otherwise seemingly the same

my honest impression of the hitbox fix is that given a HL scenario most snipers will likely hit 2-3% higher accuracy than they were before. As for say hitscan in general though DPM will likely be affected by less than 5% improvement (any gamemode)

Does it feel a bitter harder to hit demoman from behind now? I swear it does for me
