omfg this explains so much bs... so I guess this update a buff for hitscan classes namely sniper
if this bug is real all of hitscan just got buffed lmao
I'm likely severely uneducated on this so feel free to correct me if i'm wrong but most hitscans (scout/heavy/shotgunners/etc) normally just aim for the upper chest area which realisticially isn't that affected by slightly mis-animated hitboxes, so it would seem like the most notable impact of this would just be more consistent headshots (less of that bloody face bug) and at best a dpm change of a few single digits due to less botched damage spread

we can only know by testing :)
