For me personally its like 2-3 fps difference at around ~160 between dx 90 and 98.

There shouldn't be anything wrong with these settings. I've been using the same stuff for quite some time and no teleporting or lagging with 40 or even 60-70 ping.
You should post your net_graph screenshot when you're teleporting maybe someone could help you then

KanecoThere is definitely something wrong with scattergun autoreload. Didnt test with any other weapons but for scattergun it only actually starts to actually reload when you're like 2/6 or 3/6 of your clip and not immediately after you fire your first shot.
Everythings fine for me with scatter reload

Its really strange at certain places I get 80 when I turn a little bit I get 150-170. Still didn't figure out whats causing that huge drop.
I can even look at the wall in that certain direction and my fps goes down :/

You're not the only one I dropped to 80 from 150-170
