kirbyThe first thing you're doing wrong is letting the negativity get to you. It's clogging up your thread that, for you, is meant to find potential players for your team, and for everyone else, to give positive or negative comments that ultimately help those players become potential players.
If you're going to defend yourself whatsoever to any of the negative comments, make sure you pick only one and the most important one. Make sure you think about what you write before you post, so some unnecessary shit doesn't come from it if you don't.

Thought I'd clean up the post abandoning the old thread. Our tryouts have gone ok so far, I decided to move to the sub spot instead because of my horrible computer. (Note for admin: Please delete the Season 17 post as we're not playing in ESEA).
We're a brand new team for the upcoming season in CEVO Open. The team plans on being Low-Mid Open with plans of improvement in mind. The team will scrim about 4-6 times a week only on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We'll make that work for matches as well. We start at around 10 eastern and go until the other team is tired of looking at us.
Some requirements:
Have Mumble installed and a mic ready to go.
EDIT: No age limit. Still please be mature..
Willing to improve and take losses. They're going to happen, don't ragequit half way through the season.
Practice often.
Have experience in competitive.
Scouts: Need more tryouts for these.
Soldiers: Soupy (Roamer) & Need more Pocket tryouts
Demo: tripz
Medic: Serpy
Bold for the people lazy to read.

Experience:
Played 5 seasons of sixes ranging from Iron-Silver in UGC. Some scrims in Open.
As Soldier:
240+ hours of Soldier.
Mid Open level.
Know Soldier pretty well.
Need some more advanced helped with Soldier.
Have mainly only done Roamer. Not much Pocket.
Demo:
100 hours of Demo.
Low Open level.
Need lots of work on Demo.
