that makes me kinda relieved. I was really not keen on having to pay the extra money for a monitor. Would it be wise to leave your own monitor in the venue or should you take it back to the hotel like u would yor keyboard, mouse etc. ?

Do you think that we could just bring our own monitor and peripherals and refuse everything but the PC at the event?

edit: he's mostly answering questions right now about Ascent, apparently he's gonna aim at expanding Ascent into other games and not just TF2.

For melee, EVO just feels less hype this year with a drop of about 500 entrants and the smallest prize pool despite being the 3rd biggest game there. I really hope they will find a new event that becomes their "super-bowl" like Genesis, Big House or the new GTX event

I suppose it would be weird if they told me i couldnt turn in the stuff i didnt want. Doesnt make any sense that the V8s would be sold out but not the Full V8s though..

Is there any update on what the headsets/mouse/keyboard/mat is? I was forced to buy the full set because I was too late on the essentials only. Do you think I could just reject everything but the essentials when i get there and use my own stuff or is everything like locked to the PC...

Rudeboys have gone even and above with midnight 6s and crunge in scrims, and we've definetely improved since week 1. Unfortunately I for one won't be playing during the later half of playoffs so we're unsure how this will unfold for us, we really didn't have our eyes set on top 3 or even top 8 but it's starting to look more like we have a chance of placing pretty high at the moment.

I'm pretty sure Se7en is going without Starkie.

The cartoony fonts used in the default hud feel fit to the art style of the game which in my opinion is quite charming.

Going even on gran and winning snake against 7. Them losing granary to Unexpected might be a wake up call for Stark and the others that they need to practice to stay at the top.
