i used revonext QT2S for about 1,5 year (?) until the left side started randomly getting quiet at times. best iems ive had so far though, wonderful bass and sub-bass, just a bit lacking on the highs. they also have an ear hook so they fit quite nicely. these were pretty cheap though, think about $30ish? so if you want to get something around the price you mentioned, i'd check out something more high-end like moondrop starfields.
edit: forgot to mention - in case your qt2s cable dies, you can just buy a new one and swap it. pretty cool
