TF_D4nnyI dont have 144 hz, I never really plan on becoming an invite lvl player as i have other aspirations. I play on a 60hz gaming laptop from like 2019. I get good frames and stuff but is it just gg without 144 hz?
it's just that 144hz makes it all way easier and more comfortable. i guess you can play on 60hz like i used to as well, but getting 144 drastically helped me in scout v scout fights, because they weren't a blur on my screen most of the time. you gotta check out that response time on ur monitor too, its as important as the refresh rate (if its 4ms or less, its good). good luck on your journey, but make sure you're having fun while you're at it.

i think you just mean that sometimes it's better to have a stable framerate rather than an unstable but high-ish one. then the frametimes are also stable, because it really is kinda the same thing (so the experience is far more enjoyable)
