not to start very corporate but shoutout to physgun and mannco.store. austin from physgun gave us endless patience in the buildup and duration of the event, always being willing to accommodate us. i hope we can work together again in the future.

shoutout to localhost for having us. josh and sarah took great care of us in the lead up to the event and throughout it, even being understanding with our scheduling issues when we went over on saturday and monday (yay for not being dreamhacked!). their team was all a delight to work with too; special s/o to spencer for being a good sport when he was stuck closing while we did teardown. appreciated you mate; josie, jorge, and isabelle too

shoutout to antlers, siyo, and resin who have been working tirelessly for over a year to put this event on, and a special shoutout to resin who had barely 3 weeks to single-handedly turn our designer's work into a reality. the 3 of you are absolute legends, and i can't thank all of you enough for bringing me onto the team to help make this event a reality.

massive shoutout to my admin team, plinko & drhappiness, who made my life 1000x easier all weekend. y'all are the goats, and i was so happy to finally meet you plinko, and to get to work with you again charlie. the two of you kept my head level throughout the weekend and especially day 1 when it felt like the schedule was actively fighting against us; certainly some lessons to be learnt there.

shoutout to connie for coming and bringing mountains of lan production experience; it's becoming a theme but genuinely this event could not have happened and been what it was wo you.

shoutout to lou for making the long-haul out to denver by car and bringing more gear than i ever imagined we could need (and going out to get even more when all of that wasn't enough). you were a rock this weekend and kept the rest of us sane and moving forward, despite whatever issues cropped up. thank you.

shoutout to everyone at etf for putting on some fantastic casts over on the b-stream. every one of you always puts your best foot forward, and i'm always glad to work with you. hope we get to return the favour one day. a special s/o to jmax in particular for having a foot in both sides and doing what he could to help out beyond just the b-stream

and ultimately, a huge shoutout to all the teams for coming out to compete. it was our very first lan event as an org, and the first for quite a few of our crew as well. so having a full venue of teams was something really special. i'll never forget it. big ups to witness for bringing over the aussies and euros. having this lan be fully intercontinental was always the goal, but seeing it become a reality, with both teams playing so well, was deeply special

  - This decision was made due to time constraints with the venue and a high degree of interest from Invite-caliber teams.
  - The premier tournament, PFD 2025 Invitational, will feature 8 teams, taking part in a round-robin into an 8-team double-elimination bracket. The base prize pool remains $2.5K for the event, with additional prize pool to be announced.
  - All other revenue generated from spectator passes and team passes will go directly to the Invitational's prize pool.
  - The secondary tournament will feature the remaining teams with a $1.5K prize pool. This tournament will feature its own seeding stage and playoff bracket.
  
• Pre-registration for PFD 2025 will close on 16 February 2025 at 23.59 PST. Reminder to teams that by pre-registering, you:
  - Do not have a guaranteed spot in the event(s).
  - Are not restricted to competing with the exact lineup you pre-register.
  - Are agreeing to the event rules.
  
  Any questions regarding the tournaments can be directed to myself.

With RGL Season 17 underway, we're looking to become more active across the regular season once again ahead of PFD. Between regular season coverage and LAN, we are actively looking to bring more people onto our team.
