Are you playing on a laptop? If so what kind?
You can try switching the battery mode to maximum performance and see if that helps at all. If not try raising the tf2 priority in command prompt.

I like the movie, but the color correction I didn't enjoy so much. Like that second clip, it was tough to see the frag itself.
You can do two things. Either don't color correct the video because tf2 honestly doesn't need it, the color balance of the game itself is good, or you can make the existing colors better. I think it was kirby who talked about that, making the already existing colors pop more, and I'm sure he will show up soon and can help with that
