i did that, but the fix for me was just switching res and switching back again. idk
There are white flickering pixels on my screen that flicker, especially when i move my mouse or when i type something. Is there a fix to this? I'm running Windows 10 and I have AMD. Should I update drivers?

I'm not denying that he was get worse, but for SURE AS HELL wasn't the worst player in the league last year. Also, the lakers got more role players and they have a future now, before when kobe was playing, the offense was stagnant under byron scott. Luke Walton is bringing a more modern style of basketball to LA.
My idea for balancing jarate is to divide the soaked time by the amount of players hit. For example, if I hit 4 players with 1 jarate jar, they would each have jarate on them for 2.5 seconds. Please tell me if I'm dumb, but i think this is alright.

Also for the machina, if valve made the rate of fire and/or reload time slower, then I think it would be more ideal and fit the playstyle that most 6s sniper use, which is to just charge up and and go for one pick. At the same time, its downsides may make another player not use it, making it kinda balanced.
Ofc these are going to have to be made by valve. :(

How would you implement this though? Like after the time, do your weapons get replaced? What if you're in a fight and suddenly you're having a new weapon. The concept is decent (maybe), but the implementation is hard.
