Takes like 5 mins to take the gfx card out and test so you may aswell, but I highly doubt its the source of your problem.

I had a similar issue when I built my pc, where it would power off straightaway. The problem for me was power related unsurprisingly, with a small bit of the metal from the I/O shield touching the inside of a port and short-circuiting the mobo (not easy to spot). The fact your pc had been working means this is probably not your problem though.
An easy thing to check would be that there are no loose cables/connections inside your case aswell.

If its not posting it could also be mobo/cpu which are pretty hard to test unless you've got a spare mobo laying around.

Been using an Intellimouse explorer 3 @1000Hz for a few years and never had a problem with negative accel.
using 24cm/360 for tf2 and around 40cm for csgo.

Also if you have a newer processor (Skylake/Kabylake) the mice will not work due to removed legacy usb support. The only way I know of to get around this is to buy the asrock fatality motherboards with the "Mouseport" feature.
I found this out the hard way after building a new pc.

The driver in #6 was not available to me at the time but it might allow the mouse to be used in newer setups without the specific mobo.

Alright in my procrastination from studying I made the ozfortress season team totals.
I did total teams from owl1 - ozf18 (most recent season).
(Not including dropped teams - around 15-20%)

The spike in owl8 (nov/dec 2012) lines up roughly with ESEA S13 and ETF2L S13 which seems to be a high point worldwide.
