I assume you know given your enthusiasm but they've basically converted the simple hud from the jedi knight series into tf2, the kill sound they use is the new chat message sound from the games. So that could help you source the other elements like fonts, graphics, etc.
Pretty well done, giving me a big hit of nostalgia.

fucking sucks that BTS got cancelled, would have loved the challenge of playing against you and froyo and just to be able to chat to you in person as you seemed like a really down to earth and funny guy

I know it's still too soon, but is there any info on this? maybe a gofundme tournament in his honour could be a good idea, I'm sure every region would happily participate as he has influenced TF2 playstyles globally.

I figured it was an animation thing cause the timer would be on the icon when i was alive and down the bottom when i was dead and the player died after me. but had no idea on the name of the animation

back when it used to happen to everyone in aus the only consistent solution was to just wait 10mins then it would be good again.
we found opening mumble after you were in the server helped somewhat aswell, but was probably placebo
also yea virus scanners, etc. could be causing firewall issues
