Lets just put it this way, it is now easier to get a hot gamer girlfriend in TF2 than at any other time.

#5 Marathon and Weight Training in Off Topic

You are probably over training. What you should be doing is running one day and then doing upper body/ core the next day and alternate. Also you shouldn't be running over 10 miles every session. Usually what I do is about 7 miles on running day and then one day a week step it up to 10 miles. This is pretty much the same way marathon runners train. They don't run marathons every day they do smaller distances but build up for a push day in which they run a marathon. Another tip is to focus not on distance, but to focus on running consistent sector/mile times. Many people who injure or tire themselves out usually start our fast and then peter out but what you really need to be doing is pacing yourself and setting goals in terms of running consistently across the whole run at a higher pace. Improving your consistent pace also takes a long time, even more than just achieving distance goals. Also on running days make sure to carb load and you can even try running with one of those water packs because you may be hitting a hydration wall during your longer runs.

#33 How do you like your steak? in Off Topic

rare to medium rare with a little bit of butter to get the juices flowing. Also if you haven't had kobe steak yet it is literally like having an orgasm in your mouth. The rings of fat make it so every bite is juicy and delicious.

#14 the soldier screen shake thing in Q/A Help

It has to do with the interpolation, that is built into source games. I remember doing this back in Counter Strike Source. The idea being that the game has code built into it that predicts where you are going to be looking and shooting. By flicking you are tricking the game into thinking you are aiming into a larger range of positions rather than just one so it gives you a greater chance of hitting your target. I haven't gone through the code myself or rigorously tested it but I think it actually does make a difference for hitting directs which is why a lot of players pick it up naturally.

#5 DM Practice in Q/A Help

DM and MGE help you learn some basic movement patterns that other players use so playing scout v soldier and scout v demo to a lesser extent will help you learn their hit boxes and movement patterns and speed. Although the best practice is still scrims because even though scout is more aim dependent he still relies heavily upon positioning and timing. Usually when any member of a team has relatively low damage it is because they are dying too often. So you also want to learn to pick better fights and play off of your team mates damage.

pellyx Why hate so much? Sorrey

Generally when people post things its because either other people have been asking for it, or the content in question is inherently interesting such that it aides, advances, or enriches competitive tf2 in some way. In terms of your config no one asked for it and if they did they could have just added you on steam or private messaged you. In terms of your config being interesting, new, and novel, you made no indication of how your config is any of those things over and above the other handful of configs that people already use.
