a couple of my elements are bugged and I want to fix them
using an old version of rayshud scoreboard
Valve added that functionality a year or so ago.You just need to rename the scoreboard stats values in scoreboard.res to something else, e.g. "Kills" to "Kills1". Don't forget to do that for the control name too.
so then you use fgcolor under the renamed one to set the color they will change to? What do you use to set the default (0) color?

Comanglia's Config / FPS Guide

syphWay too many pages to go through, sorry if this has been answered. In the toaster config it says "mat_specular 0
mat_trilinear 0" but in the config it says if they are both set to 0 the fps are worse, what do i do?
I gain 5-10 fps with them both at 0 compared to 1
