My friends and I made an exercise called inverse push ups where we have a pull up bar a bit higher than arm length and you pull your body up into push up position. Do those.

Konceptonly other possible ones that could be recommended would be either a zowie mouse (probably the ec or the za mice)
FK series or AM (if you can still find one) should have a closer profile to what he posted in OP
za, though not as tall, has the hump close to the back like rival

tsarNixeus Revel is a solid mouse. I'm left handed, but I personally use a mouse normally.
technically not ambidextrous because it only has side buttons on the left (only an issue if you use them)

Not awful but I get ~20 ping higher than tragic etc in the same city. So it's about the same as ESEA servers.
